Started off my day with Greek yogurt and protein powder...just finished my morning jog...having a piece of whole gain toast, tea, and hard boil egg....
Going to my Hot Yoga class at 11am....my wrist is still sore, I hope I can do the downward dog....I'll keep you posted...
I was looking at some races last night...I have decided to try my first 10k at the end of June...I'll keep you posted on my training for that...I still have my sights on Ms Figure---just having a challenge lifting weights the the left hand due to the injury of my wrist :(
