Jogging season started today...

Well today was the first day of my jogging season :) it was a good one....looking forward to the next 8 weeks has I build up my endurance....I also did a 11km speed walk and worked out with my trainer Dan today...it was all LEGS, my fav!!! Breakfast: Greek yogurt, protein powder, blueberries....Lunch 1/2 bagel with peanut butter---i need the carbs....dinner chicken and a banana....feeling ok right now....now its time to relax and watch some Cornation Street :)
P.S yesturday workout was a 3 hours hike...the weather was just to nice to stop :)
