Good Morning!!!  :)

Today is the start of my new day....I am still on the road to losing 35lb by first weekend of November.
I have lost 5lbs since I started, but I just wanted to re-fresh by saying.....IT A NEW DAY!!!!

Slept ok last night....got up once...had a little night sweats :(

Breakfast this morning is: black coffee, toast (made by sprouted whole grain wheat), almond butter and half grapefruit..
Going to gym to do....45min cardio followed by 1hour weight training....
