Last day of summer...my favourite season is coming up FALL!!!!!
Workouts are going well...I took 3 days off of cardo since my half marathon (on Sun. Sept.18th). I did do an upper body strength training on Tuesday.
I feel better today, the first 24 hours after race were the worst for me. My knees were killing me...it was my own fault :( on Friday afternoon, I leg press my all time high of 545lbs...I know better than to try to do anaerobic & aerobic at the same time....I just thought I was superwoman....
My eating is going ok....i am still eating carbs, good carbs....I need IT....there is no way I am going to cut carbs out, they are our FRIEND...
Breakfast (today) was a small whole wheat bagel w/egg lettuce tomatoe light cheese and, of course, COFFEE.
Goal for the day is to do a light jog---a long fitness walk---upper body strength training.
