Making it through the day....this is where I usually get myself in food trouble...afternoon munchies...
Lunch I had tuna with 3 rice cakes...
Afternoon snack was an Earl Grey tea with a half Mixed Berry bagel...
Taking a breather, than going for a quick jog, than more clients this afternoon/evening...if all works out, I'll be going to gym for another cardio session and some weight training--nothing big just an hour cardio with 30mins of free weights....
