Today is Day 14, safely down 7.2lbs.
Feeling good.
I have had a day that I did slip a little.
Had a juicy hamburger (Blue cheese & Avocado) for J Monk S on Linwell - last Tuesday.
Other than than that, been eating clean.
My workout sessions have been great (up to 1 hour and half 5 days a week). 
Increasing cardio sessions (completed 2 Half Marathons in the last 14 days).
In Weight Training - have been slowly increasing my weight.
For tonight - looking forward to relaxing with a nice glass of RED and watch the England vs Italy game.
