So I couldn't take it anymore today.
I have been shying away from jogging. Not really sure why, I am guessing it was the unknown....I kept thinking if I couldn't do it (jogging) I'd be mad at myself (what an emotion to be feeling/thinking)...I mean really, I was cut wide open 6 weeks ago, I should give myself the time to heal. There's a part of my brain that just can't grip the fact I have to be patient and wait.
I ended up chest pressing 45lbs (light but I couldn't help my self).
Tricep kick backs, 25lbs dumbbell.
Tricep pull down.
Shoulder dumbbell press single 15lbs.
Lunging off vibrating machine.
And the grand finale, treadmill jogging, 30 minutes, slow speed (3MPH).
How do I feel tonight? Very tight in the abdomen area, mostly around the incision.
Am I happy I did it? Heck YA!!! Worth it!
