No weight training for 5 days.
What did I do?
2 day cleanse, 10K walk, 6K hike, 3K stroll at the local beach, 'Sunday Drive', watched 'Chick Flicks' & College Football. Was very relaxing.
My thoughts about the Thursday Sept.1st 'Cleanse/Detox'.
I went to Small Batch in St. Catharines on St. Paul Street, purchased their One-Day Cleanse Package. I have to say I love their juices.
I did find it a challenge just to juice, broke down Thursday evening, around 7pm (had a salad & turkey).
Tried it again on Sunday/Monday....once again, I broke down and ate, veggies & turkey. I personally found it hard to workout intensitly & juice (which by the way you are not advised to do, but I didn't listen - Thursday was Upper Boday & Friday was Leg day) BUT my next attempt will be on my 'Rest Day'. I'll succeed. Won't do anything but relax, read & juice.
