I made through day 1...on to day 2...yesturday I did a 10km walk...1.5hrs at the gym...weight myself this morning, lose 0lbs...same as yesturday morning...on tap for today--walk 6km, hot yoga, gym to do chest and arms, and am hoping to take Tristan (my son) for his cardio tonight...I'll keep you posted :)
