TGIF!!!
Another week has pasted...workout 2day was a good 1...did 20mins cardio, than 1 hr of legs--squated 4sets of 20reps each @ 135lbs--leg press 4sets of 20 reps each @ 220lbs--calf raises 3 sets of 20 reps each @ 45lbs--deadlifts 3 sets of 18 reps @ 65lbs--did a little boxing (12 mins)---than ended with 35 mins @ level 5 on the bike....my diet is going ok....breakfast @ 7am was coffee and oatmeal...snack @ 9:30am was a protien bar...lunch @ 11:45am was greek yogurt w/protien powder, it like pudding!---worked out from 12:40pm to 2:40pm---snack @ 3:30pm on a apple & 1 cup of ground beef with a total of 1/4cup of carrot-peas-potatoe (i know i was not suppose to eat it but it looked so good, only eat 1 1/4 cup of it---also had a tbls of peanut butter---rite now I am chewing on Trident gum...yes--I am still hungery--dinner will be around 7ish and its chicken and raw veggies....water intake is 7 glasses rite now, still need to drink at least 5 more glasses...
