GTL Tuesday

Today was a good workout, tan and purchase lingerie day :)

On the weekend was my first half marathon.  It was the most emotional run I have had to date.
I ran 21km in 2hours 28mins....I know its not that fast, but I am ok with it, for this was my first round at this...plus I have only been running (jogging) since 2nd week of May this year.
I will be doing another half marathon on Oct. 23rd. I plan to do better with my time.
In order to do that I have to cut down on my weight training for now...meaning I have to just lighten up on the heavy weights.

I am happy to say that last Friday Sept.16th, I reached my leg press goal...I leg press 545lbs, 2 sets of 10 reps each :)

Up date on my weight loss is...slow...i have lost 3lbs...but I know that more will come off in the next few weeks, that will be due to less heavy weights and more jogging.
