Morning to my 'Girlie' fans :)

Yesturday lunch was tuna with 1tbsp of light mayo...
When to gym for two hours...did 40 mins of cardio, burn 425 cal....did 1hr 20 mins of weight training, upper body---chest press (flat and incline), pec flye on cable machine, tric and bic on cable....ended with stretches.

Had a great 15min tan at Bronze Envy in Thorold....love that salon.

Dinner I went a little wild....I made a killer homemade chili.....I ended up eating, 4 bowels....yes 4 bowel with a glass of red....it was sooooo good.

Breakfast this morning, same as yesturday...toast with almond butter and 2 cups of black instant coffee (gross).
