Morning :)
Things are going well....almost done Week 2...yesturday was my day off from workout, went and did Christmas shopping.
This morning I did legs, back, biceps and cardio on the elliptical---total of 2 hours.
My meals are going OK....I did cheat last night, was over at a friends house--had some pizza but no wine....
Christmas is a tough holiday for me, as I am sure it is for most. Just have to learn to eat in moderation.
That is the key and goal...have the treat, but just one serving and choose just your favorites.
