Throw Out the Scale!!!

If you are not already aware of it, ladies, muscle weighs more than fat.  Meaning, you can actually weigh more while losing fat because you are adding muscle as the fat is discarded.  End result, you will be leaner and healthier, with less fat and more muscle.

Women who workout seldon worry about what the scales say.  It's the mirror that counts. A body is judged by its shape, not by its weight!

Believe me, I  weigh 25%  more than look...its muscle baby!!!
I  am VERY  proud of every ounce of my muscles.
