FREE 30 minute MINI BOOTY BOOT CAMP!

Every MONDAY night!




Join me every Monday night @ 7pm for a 30 minute  mini Booty Boot Camp.

It's made for people who have never exercise or those who are just starting out or for those who are getting back into exercising.

You'll learn the basic exercise moves with the latest trends.
TRX, Kettlebell, Bosu Ball, Weighted Bars, Pilates Bands, and Boxercise.

There is no obligation.


It's just to promote a healthy lifestyle.

After the 30 minute workout, there will be a MONAVIE Rep available to introduce the Niagara 90 day Weight loss Challenge and help anyone interested in losing a few extra pounds.
