Weekend + today's Journal---Meals & Exercise

My journal for the weekend.

Saturday, March 31st.

Breakfast---coffee, hard boil egg, dry mutli-grain toast
Snack---V8 (can), banana
Lunch---half ham sub
Workout---yoga (1 hour)
Dinner---second half of ham sub...two 5oz  glasses of red



Sunday, April 1st

Breakfast---coffee, all bran bar
Snack---protein bar
Lunch---coffee, eggs, turkey bacon, mutli-grain toast
Snack---apple, protein bar
Dinner---Sushi (homemade)
Workout---arms, shoulders



Today...what's  done & what's plan

Breakfast---coffee, hard boil egg, slice mutli grain with tbsp. almond butter & organic jam
Lunch---half ham & veggie sub
Workout---1.5hrs fitness walk
12K
Dinner---half han & veggie sub
Snack---apple & V8 (can)


I'll up-date blog as my day goes on...Mondays is my errand day...clients this afternoon plus FREE Fitness Clinic tonight :)
