Hybrid-based workouts

' Hybrid means to fuse or integrate two items.  This can apply to compound exercises.  Examples would be a squat/press, lunge/curl and pushup/row. One movement is done for 8 reps and is immediately preceded by the next for 8 reps. Be creative and invent hybrid movements. Another example would be an incline dumbbell chest press to biceps curl. '
