PERSONAL TRAINING POLICIES
I understand that sometimes "life happens" and you have to cancel an appointment.
As my client(s) I hope that you understand that my schedule is very tight and as they say, "time is money".
I feel that I have a very fair cancellation/general policy, that allows the client to give proper notice for the cancellation.
GENERAL POLICIES:
1. All training services offered by are administered by Girlification Fitness Studio professional
strength and conditioning specialists who possess a University/College degree and certification in Strengthand Conditioning with the Can-Fit-Pro Certification. Trainer carry personal liability insurance and are certified in CPR.
2. All required forms must be completed, current, and on-file prior to each training session.
3. All participants must wear appropriate clothing
PURCHASE POLICY:
Payment for each training session must be paid in full and received by the personal trainer prior to the start
of each session. Clients have the option of purchasing as many sessions as they wish at any given time. It

is the responsibility of the personal trainer to notify the client of when the number of purchased sessions
will run out. This notification should be given during the final session prior to the expiry of purchased
sessions.CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of training sessions must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the training session.
If the client does not show up for the scheduled training session or a minimum 24 hour notice is not

received the client will be charged for the full session. If the client will be late for a session, it is
appreciated by the personal trainer, if she is notified via phone so that she can expect delays. The
personal trainer is only required to wait 15 minutes for late clients. Each client will have one free miss per package that can be applied to a late cancel or no show on a Personal Training or class.
EXPIRATION POLICY:
All purchased sessions expire after 3 months of missing in action. Considerations may be made by the
Owner for special circumstances (example: illness with a valid doctors note).REFUND POLICY:
Once a payment for purchase of a package or service from Girlification Fitness Studio is made, there will be no refunds. Make Progress....Not Excuses.
