Weight-loss tips for the week.

* Eat 6 little meals

* Make it delicious --- ie. add hummus & tomatoes to your morning egg wrap

* Have a little sweet --- ie. mid-noon snack, banana on a graham cracker with  almond butter.

* Fruits & Nuts

* Factor in Love --- figure out what you love - have it once this week.

* Snack before meals --- ie. handful of almonds with a glass of water
