Last night after work, I started my own light workout (jogging on the treadmill). I was staring at the Hack Squat machine...I swear it was calling me. So I did it, I pressed 300lbs. Plus my back, biceps and shoulders.
Right afterwards my incision area was tight, but this morning I feel fine. No muscle soreness (nothing). Hmmmm, can I do more? YES I can!!!!
Well, off to Hot Yoga :)
