Day 95 Post-Op

Things are going well....the tight feeling after each workout is getting better....I do still get it but it takes about 30-35 minutes in, before I feel it :)

Been lightly working out with weights 1-2 days/week....increasing sessions this week.

Cardio 2-3 times/week...increasing sessions this week.


Hot Yoga 3 times/weeks....increasing to 5-6 times/week starting today !

Last night I did a special 'Live Music w/Hot Yoga' at the studio yoga studio I frequent (Power Yoga Canada)...90 minutes, it's was wonderful, I wish there was 'live' music every session, the musician had a very relaxing voice....looking forward to it again in 3 months. 

Well, off to the studio.
