Today was a good workout day for me :)
I started out the day with a 5k jog, which I believe I did alright....I am on my way to the 10k jog...went to the gym this afternoon and did my legs, same as last Friday :) LOVE IT!!!!
Next week I will be starting back on my upper body...my wrist seems to be better...I'll keep you posted on that situation....
I have to say I am glad the week is done, cause as you know the car break -in really did put a wrench in my week...
Breakfast was yogurt and tea...Lunch was 1/2 bagel with almond butter....drank 1.5L of water so far today.....snack this afternoon was apple and rice cake w/hummus....Dinner is still to come....not sure what to have, I really don't feel hungry right now, which is an odd thing for me....I'll post what I had for dinner when I have it :)
