This morning and early afternoon was great weather for outdoor activities....went for a 2hr 15min hike along the 2nd Canal...thinking of making it one of my places to practice my trail jogs...
Breakfast was Greek yogurt and protein powder...Lunch was sushi--White tuna (8 pcs)---shrimp rolls (4)---avocado roll (6)...dinner will be later this evening, around 6ish---it'll be just chicken cooked on the bbq...
