had a morning boxing session..it went very well...I did little upper boy yesturday..it was a challenge but got it done...my wrist is still tender...I was hoping 2 go back 2 kettlebell this week, still no go on that...
Breakfast...greek yogurt, protein powder and coffee
Snack...apple
Lunch...Sushi and green tea
Dinner...mouthful of KD :(  bowel of mini wheat ceral w/1%
Water...3 bottles...need to drink more ...
Had a power nap l8  this afternoon, now cant sleep :(
