today was a good one...went  for an hour jog this morning, it was raining but I did enjoy it. After that I went to the gym started back on my upper body. was a bit of a chanellege cause my  wrist still hurts..worked around the discomfort...
Breakfast...tea
Snack...apple
Lunch...large green salad w/chicken
Snack...diet coke
Dinner...bbq port chop 1/4 of potatoe, apple
Sanck...1/2c ice mik
