Good afternoon :)
I hope everyone had a good work and workout week.
My day is going well..here is my journal entry for meals and workout today.
Breakfast---coffee, hard boil egg, all bran bar, greek yogurt.
Snack---banana, V8 (in a can)
My Workout---1 hour 15mins of Boxing
Lunch---peanut butter and banana in a whole wheat wrap.
Light Workout---Kick boxing with a client
Remember : there is a few spots open in Kickboxing for Fitness class tomorrow.
Time: 10am
Fee: drop in for ONLY $17
