As promised, my workout and eating journal.
Yesturday was a day of cleaning and carbs.
I spend 10 hours cleaning up the house.
Wednesday meals:
Breakfast--hard boil egg, coffee (3), dry toast
Lunch--sliced chicken(5), 2 slices of rye bread
Dinner---cheese and rice crackers, 2 glasses of red wine (yup, its that time of the month)
Water intake---5 bottles
On tap today so far....errands, LARGE, took time out for my Red Light Therapy and Tan at Bronze Envy in Thorold.
Breakfast---hard boil egg, cottage cheese, 1 slice of rye dry toasted.
Lunch---chicken sandwich, 2 bottles of water
Snack---protein bar
Work at studio----4 hours, includes my own boxing time.
Dinner---will be late tonight, so it's going to be a salad and CLA pill.
