I promise to blog at least once a day my activities.
I will also continue to blog events, schedules, prices and all related activities to do with Girlification Fitness Studio.
Today, was my 90 minute yoga day.
Breakfast was, coffee and an all bran bar.
Lunch was Sushi.
Dinner was Sushi.
Water intake---low, 3 bottles.
Yes,    I love Sushi :)
I did a 30K race on Sunday, March 25th---Around the Bay in Hamilton.  I have never jogged that far in my life.  My recovery time amazed me. I took a day off yesturday from working out.  Today I feel great.  Usually after a race of 21K,   I am out of it for at least 36-48 hours, with muscle soreness.  Not this time.
