Post-run Snacks

Tip of the Day


Avoid unhealthly post-run snacking  by grabbing some of the following fresh foods;

* Salmon---the bioactive peptides in salmon could help your joints

* Plain Yogurt---it's loaded with protein and calicum (need we say more?)

* Almonds---has a muscle-relaxing properties with magnesium and a healthly dose of potassium

* Broccoli---has a helpful compound that suppresses the inflammation signalling system
