Another successful workout day for me.
Cardio this morning on my stepper, set on 'Hill' function...25minutes---was more than enough :)
1 hour workout on my Legs, Back and Biceps.
Afternoon 8K Trail run, that included hills.
In training mode for number 3 half marathon of 2012---number 5/100 of my 10 year goal...100 half marathons by end of 2021.
Ready to go home soon :)
