Tip of the Day

Instead of sitting watching the T.V. do 50 Squats...make sure your knees don't pass your toes...do them nice and SLOW....always remember to stick your BOOTY out ;)

Why squats?  You are using the largest muscles and that burns more calories.

Feel the burn!!!


Food & exercise journal for my day.
Breakfast--coffee (with milk, never ever sugar), all bran bar, hard boil egg, grapes
Lunch---egg, protein shake
Snack---baby carrots
Dinner---sweet potato, chicken

Exercise for the day
Jog 5K, weights-legs, biceps & back, stepper 20 minutes
