Tip of the Day.
"I will eat it if it grows on a tree"...
...Or a vine or a bush---fruits and vegetables give you the most nutrition fr the least calories.  If you see them, put then in your mouth! :)
Reason: your goal is to fill your body with as many muscle-promoting, fat-discouragin nutrients as possible, and the best source of them are fruits, nuts, and vegetables.
Goal: eat at least one serving of fruits or vegetable at every meal.
Trick: eat fruits and veggies first. Not only will  you consume more veggies and fewer calories from other foods---fibre content will lower the glycemic load, helping you sidestep the swings of blood sugar that leads to hunger.
My meal & exercise plan for the day.
Breakfast: 1/2 whole grain bagel with almond butter, apple, tea,water
Lunch: 1/2 whole grain bagel with tuna, water
Workout: Stepper 45minutes; legs, back biceps for 1 hour; jog 5k this afternoon
Snack: protein bar
Dinner: Green beans, carrots, chicken, apple, yogurt, water
