Dark green leafy vegetables such as kale, collards, and spinach are high in vitmin K, dso you'll want to stock up on these foods as well as a vitamin D supplement.

During the winter, we often get chapped lips and dry skin, which means we need to hydrate now more than ever.  This means eating lots of fruits, indluding grapefruit, oranges and other citrus fruits and drink half our body weight in clean, filered water every day. '
