Great day for a 10k :)

Had a good 10k walk today...did it in 1 hour 15mins....yesturday was a killer workout....LOVED IT!!!!   did close to 2 hours of muay thai and than 1 hour of strength training....the time is getting closer....need to cut the weight and show what is underneath :)  also did my abs today...2mrw is going to be a total upper body workout...the eating is under control--- i have to say i am hungery most waking hours----yes.....all thoses who  know me, knows i enjoy a good glass of red...NO, i have been a good girl and have not touch the stuff....but by goosh do i ever want too!!!!
