Whoever thought that an hour less of sleep would make a difference. Well, it did for me today. Worked out this morning...was good...did 30 minutes of cardio (burned 410 cal). Worked on my back..lifted the most weight ever...75lbs, 15reps, 7 sets plus did single bent over rows 35lbs, 12 reps, 3 sets.....leg press 150 reps per leg (95lbs)---than did both legs, leg press, 200 reps (115lbs)...finished off with calf raises 200 reps (115lbs)..now i am tired...i need a nap...
