Good MONDAY morning!!!

Tip of the Day.

What you can do to avoid Mid-life weight gain.

* Eat Breakfast
* Exercise regularly---cardio & weight training (come to Girlification)
* Eat enough protein
* Get a good night's sleep
* Avoid alcohol
* Drink lots of water (2-3L per day)
* Try to reduce or limit stress
