Todays Tip---Cellulite Busters
* Exercise 5 days a week for at at least 10 mintes, but up to 60 minutes (make one or two of your 60minutes with Girlification)
* Avoid sugar and all refined foods
* Eat enough lean protein
* Stop smoking
* Avoid excessive alcohol comsumption
* Drink plenty of water each day--at least 2L
* Start each day with a glass of hot water with the juice of 1 lemon to cleanse the liver
