Well, that didn't last long.
Was at the gym yesterday morning (7am...between clients), decided to do a little weight training. Ended up crushing it....yup, leg press 540lbs 6 sets-15 reps....hack squat 285lbs 5 sets-15 reps....standing calf raise 480lbs 7 sets-12 reps...seated row 120lbs 3 sets 12 reps...one arm row w/DB 40lbs 3 sets 10 reps.....I just can't help myself, it's like the weights are screaming my name, "LYDIA COME PLAY WITH ME!" I had to respond---Dad always said it's rude not to respond when you are being called.
Did a 2.5K jog with my morning jogging club....was board at lunch, so I decided to go home, was ready to wolf back a huge bowl of pasta---I stopped myself and went on an 8K trail run by the piers.
Now today,
I feel it.....LOVE THAT!!!
Didn't do too much---did 2.5K with morning jogging club---chest press DB 20lbs 3 sets 15 reps....triceps kick backs (singles) w/DB 25lbs 3 sets 12 reps.
I hope this rain stops soon, I am dying for cheese balls....but, NO I will not cave.
