End of Week 5

I survived Halloween! 

I am starting to see results in my;
* Legs - size  increasing 
* Glutes - rounding out nicely 

I am happy with my results --- I've lifting heavier, watchin what eat (except for my 'Sinful Saturday').

Back to the grin - just about to head out to work on upper body today & a nature walk.

I did gain 0.8 this week (but as a lady we know this can happen once a month).

Working on Upper NOW!!!
