Leg Day

Got a race on Saturday - heavy leg today.

45 minutes of lunges ( 135lbs, 15 reps for 45 minutes with 1 minute rest period) -- followed by biceps --- ended with 30 minutes of cardio.


Thinking here, "OMG, one more rep.....Grrrr, COME ON LID!"


Thinking here, 'Ok!!!!! I am DONE!!!'
