My last few days

Good afternoon!!!!
 Ok, this pass Saturday/Sunday were my 'off' days.

Yesterday (Monday);
Upper Body + Cardio
Chest @ Smith 12 x 4
Triceps KB 12 x 3 (L/R)
Pec Fly w/DB 12 x 3
Shoulders Arnold Press w/DB 12 x 3
All med weights 
Cardio 40 mins Elliptical plus morning 3K Jog

Today (Tuesday)
LEGS!!! + Cardio
Hack Squats 15 x 4
Reverse Lunges @ Smith 15 x 4 (L/R)
TRX Hip Raises 18 x 3
TRX Single Leg Squats 15 x 4
All weights med
Cardio Skipping 12 mins
